MAIN SCREEN

The main screen also known as the contacts screen contains all the main elements in plain view so you do not have to "walk" through a myriad of screens in order to achieve the results you want.

Lets say you want to select all clients in a certain state. Simply click on the black arrow beside the state field and the database will be filtered by that state. You can achieve the same results with the name, company, city, zip code, country, referrals, related to, sales source and all the user defined fields plus other places.

If you call your contacts and prospects frequently, you can also use our Voice Memo to record and play back onto their voice mail any message, or series of messages you want. This alone can save you undue stress of constantly re-telling the same story to all those voice mails.

Another very useful feature is the ACTION BUTTONS. These buttons located beside most User Defined Fields act differently based on the information in the fields. For example if the field contains a URL it will open the internet browser, if an e-mail it will open the e-mail system with the e-mail in place, if a program or document it will open the correct application, if a phone number it will try to dial the number, if it contains a contact ID it will jump to that contact, if it contains a music it will play it.

The Virtual Action Button option allows you to process what?s in your clipboard. Then by pressing Control+3 (one of our shortcuts) it will act like the content is in a regular field. For example: you find a phone number in a website, you highlight it, copy to the clipboard (Control + C) and press Control+3 and the program will dial the number for you, Try that with your existing contact manager or CRM system! Mortgage Money Machine is all about convenience and being versatile. It allows you to accomplish what you have in mind.

In the Templates Manager you will find all templates needed separated into Categories. You can have unlimited Categories and unlimited templates (letters) inside each Category.

You can even enter your own comments (between double brackets) that will be ignored when printing or sending emails.

You can duplicate the templates at the touch of a button therefore making it very easy to modify them to suit your needs.

To enter fields to be merged at time of printing, just click the buttons that represent those fields from each of the four databases .
